Project Description

The Lions Mane is occasionaly found in wild in Ireland but is more common across Mainland Europe and North America. It has a unique appearance with a completely white fruiting body akin in appearance to that of a snowball or indeed a pompom. It has a unique lobster like flavour when fried however it is wonderful flavour sponge when used in broths or consommés.
