Location will be approx. 15-20minsmins by car from Mitchelstown Co. Cork

Advice: Wear Good Footwear and a peaked cap is also advisable (stops branches hitting face)

Terrain Difficulty: Distance covered will be approx. 3-5km on forest paths and non forest paths and requires a degree of fitness and good mobility due to potential ground conditions.
